Return & Exchange

We always want you to enjoy GoMoft products. If you meet any issues when using the products, please contact us at gomoft@lemorelab.com. But if you are still not satisfied with it, we are here to help you make a product exchange or return for refund.

 

Please follow the below steps: 

1. Contact us at gomoft@lemorelab.com to get an RMA number for the return or exchange.

2. Fill out the form below to let us know the reason for your return or exchange.

3. Pack your product in a sealed box with the order number(required) and ship it to our warehouse (please contact us to get the address information)

4. Once your product has been received by our warehouse, we will issue you the refund or ship out a new replacement within 7 business days.

*For refund orders, you will receive the amount to the same method used to make the purchase in an estimated period of 5-14 days, depending on your bank.

*For exchange orders, you will receive a replacement order confirmation with tracking code in your email once we ship out your replacement.
